Dentists only recommend extraction when a tooth is severely decayed, damaged beyond repair, infected, or causing crowding in the mouth.

Wisdom Teeth Removal

Wisdom teeth removal is a specialized type of extraction focused on the third molars, which usually emerge in late adolescence or early adulthood. Because there is not enough space in our jaws, these teeth often become impacted—that is, trapped beneath the gums or bone.

This can cause pain, swelling, infection, or damage to adjacent teeth. As you age, extracting third molars becomes more complicated, which is why dentists recommend removing them early on as a preventive procedure.

Dental Implant Placement

Dental implant placement is a surgical procedure used to replace missing teeth with a long-term, natural-looking solution. The process involves inserting a titanium post into the jawbone, which acts as an artificial tooth root. Corrective Jaw Surgery (Orthognathic Surgery)

The surgery involves repositioning the upper and lower jaws, or both, to improve function—such as chewing, speaking, and breathing—as well as facial appearance.

It is often recommended for patients with severe bite issues (malocclusion), facial asymmetry, or jaw growth abnormalities that cannot be corrected with orthodontics alone.
